Our Story
The story began four years ago with Tsu by Kostas & Vicky, a small project with a big dream: to bring authentic Greek pies and pastries to life in a modern, joyful way.
With the motto "Fresh Pies, Hot Smiles", TSU quickly became known for its freshly baked spanakopita, authentic Thessaloniki bugatsa, and the one-of-a-kind Santorini pie with olives and tomatoes—each bite taking you straight to the warmth and sunshine of the Greek summer.
Why "Tsu"?
The name Tsu comes from the word Tsureki, the traditional Greek sweet bread used to make our signature Tsu sandwiches. We chose this name because we wanted the world to get to know tsureki—a word that's easy to say, even for those abroad, and as many of our friends have told us, it simply sounds playful and happy.
Every pie is baked fresh daily, offering a wide range of flavors: from vegan and vegetarian options to rich cheeses and savory meat fillings.
The Coffee Experience
Alongside the pies, TSU introduced another Greek essential: the beloved freddo coffee. From the bold Freddo Espresso to the creamy Freddo Cappuccino, our motto says it all:
"Espresso Yourself Greek Style."
At TSU, we wanted to create a brand that spreads joy in every detail—from the logo to every bite of pie, and from the aroma to the last fuchsia swirl in your coffee. Because for us, Greek taste means happiness, warmth, and sharing.
